The key for me is the simplicity of reporting and ease of use that BI:Radix provides. I can see what our pricing has been vs. competitors in an easily manipulated format, and can search back as far as I like. I also have the ability to export data in a format that works with our other BI tools, with many time saving features vs. what we were using before.
